Introduction

Initially we would meet to chat through your design requirements, view your room(s) or architect's plans and to discuss how my design experience could work for you. This can either be face-to-face or via zoom.

Concept Ideas

Following the initial briefing, typically two different Concept Ideas are then created and presented to help you build a clear design vision.

Samples and Floorplans

To progress further I prepare a detailed presentation of Sample Boards featuring sourced furniture, lighting, and flooring options, along with paint and fabric swatches. This includes CAD floorplans and elevations to bring your home to life.  I also include a comprehensive breakdown of costs at this stage.

Ordering and Specification

If you prefer, I  can take over ordering of your chosen products with trade discounts where possible, including a delivery schedule to share with your builder.

 

For more involved projects I can provide CAD lighting and decoration specification plans to hand to your tradespeople.

Installation and Finished Styling

I can undertake full project management of the installation, providing you with frequent site visits, email and verbal updates, timing plans and budget monitoring.

​

When the project is complete, I can work with you to add those finishing touches, from hanging artwork and indoor planting to adding unique door knobs.
