I have always had a passion for interior design. After studying History of Art & Architecture at university, I spent 12 years working in Public Relations & Events for lifestyle brands, including Heal's and Harrods. Project managing clients and organising press events was exciting and challenging, but I craved more creativity. My passion led me to KLC School of Design at Chelsea Harbour, where I gained my Diploma in Interior Design. I then went on to work for an interior’s studio, specialising in homes around Surrey and London.

I established Sarah Lang Designs in 2012, so I could help clients create a well-designed home to reflect their family life. Several years on, with two daughters, various animals and a relocation to Farnham, I continue my studio, blending both practicality and beauty within the home.

Creativity & Inspiration
I love the excitement of transforming a new space and how every project is completely different, as it takes on the personality of its owners. My aim is to provide a sense of welcoming calm as people walk through the front door.
I am passionate about colour and how its psychology changes the way we respond and behave in a space.

I also draw inspiration from different cultures, as they bring exciting dynamics to the English home, and I love adding some hygge cosiness wherever I can.
